“Nose caresses us with neat peppery spice paired with beautiful sugar cane sweetness On the palate a lot of coconut, neat oak, also much of the sugar cane Remains of the three in the finish the longest presentPreliminary conclusion. Far from perfection, the three rums are what they are. Studies, intermediate results. It is worthwhile to stay tuned and follow the distillery in its development. Great that we can experience something like this nowadays.👍”

“Pickled, slightly salty olive on the nose. Somewhat sweet, most likely Kalamata olive. Some longer-lasting sugar cane. Behind these somewhat overpowering aromas, however, a pleasant spiciness also comes through: Vanilla, aniseed and cardamom. After a long time in the glass, the nose takes on something of English wine gums. Less intense in the mouth than expected, the aromas play better together here. Wood and brine are dominant, along with some fermented greens. The finish is mainly salty. Exciting rum but definitely not my preferred profile.”
