“A lot of brown sugar on the nose for an ECS—but brown sugar with fire power. For me the palate is much more complex, bringing allspice, oak, vanilla, a hint of non-specific citrus, a suggestion of pacificst brine. Sustained and pleasant baking spices finish.”
