The "Guyanese Rum Barrel Matured" was produced in Guyana at the Diamond distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Fragrant Drops. It was distilled in 2003 from Molasses and then aged for 18 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 55,5%. The rum smells like Dried dates, Raisin and Dried fruit, and on the palate there is Burnt sugar, Dried dates and Leather.
