It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler La Confrérie du Rhum. It was distilled in 2007 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 14 years 11mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 47,6%. This is a limited release and there are only 600 bottles.

Au regard du prix, je m’attendais à quelque chose de plus concentré mais c’est un brut de fût antillais, il aurait pu être sacrément plus sec. Avec le recul, c’est un très bon rhum de dégustation mais ne vaut pas ce qu’on lui prête actuellement sur le net (de 250 à 550€)…
