It was distilled in 2008 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 9 years. The rum has an ABV of 55%. 20.07.2019 Nice private blind tasting where we put tinfoil around the bottles we brought. That ended up being a great evening. Notes Light to medium dark in colour. Nose Intense, light wood, glue, overripe, banana, ester. Palate Intense, warm, spicy, fruity, banana, vegetal, polish, light glue, light mint, ester. Finish Long and spicy, wood, medium dry, fruity, faint chocolate.
