“Bourbonfass ergibt hier in der Nase eine ganz seltsame Mischung. Birne, überreife Ananas, Milchschokolade, Vanille. Entpuppt sich dann leider als brechend süß. Geschmacklich dominiert darin die Schokolade. Von der ungewöhnlichen Nase bleibt nicht viel über. Mag ich als fast-Likör, find ich als Rum...naja. Ich frage mich ernsthaft wie das innerhalb der neueren EU-Regularien erreicht wird. Alleine der sehr geringe Alkoholgehalt dürfte es nicht sein. Frage dazu ist unterwegs, Tasting entsprechend ergänzt.”
