🥃 Rump@blic Sicilian Legacy – Barbados 2019 – 43% Premier embouteillage de la jeune marque Rump@blic, ce rhum 100% mélasse de la Barbade a passé 3 ans en fûts ex-bourbon sur place, avant de bénéficier d’un finish de 6 mois en fûts de Marsala semi-secs dans les chais de Florio, à Marsala (Sicile), tout proche de la Méditerranée. Nez : Caramel, fruits secs, petite touche vanillée. Bouche : Toffee, vanille, notes boisées et épicées. Finale : Épicée, boisée, avec un finish Marsala bien marqué. Pas un incontournable, mais franchement, je m’attendais à pire. Une belle entrée en matière pour la marque !
