“Ungewöhnlich Kräuterig und apfelig (grüner Granny smith) für einen Spanier. Aber diese typischen leichten Rauch und Nuss und Karamell Noten sind auch hier wieder zu finden wie oft bei El Salvador aber hier mit deutlich mehr Kräuter Einschlag! Insgesamt wirklich sehr komplex und spannend zu trinken. Und für das Geld kann man sowieso nichts falsch machen was der damals gekostet hat! ♥️”

“Vor dem Bottlekill noch fix verkostet.😉 Fazit, passend zum Preis. 😀 Er ist nicht rund, für die wenigen Prozente doch sehr scharf, in der Nase wie am Gaumen. Ist die Schärfe ein wenig verflogen, kommen frisch florale und würzige Aromen an. Am Gaumen auch erstmal schärfe,dann viel Holz,Bittermandel,Röstaromen und eine gewisse frische Note. Alles bei einem recht dünnen Mundgefühl.Der Nachhall ist bitter und holzig.”
