What a beautiful presence on the nose! Less complex than the Single Cask... But with Watts... Thanks to 56.6°. We find the markers of the Cléments... Fruity, floral, spicy, woody and a touch of freshness. On the palate, unlike the other Cléments, the spiciness dominates beautifully. The woodiness is more discreet on the palate. Long-lasting spiciness and woodiness. A final astringency caps it all. Very pleasant.
