The "Fiji" was produced in Fiji at the South Pacific distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Holmes Cay. It was distilled in 2001 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 21 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 53,6%.
