“On The Rocks: On the nose you get some alcohol and sherry notes with some underlying slight bitterness with some mild stout beer notes. Taste reveals an initial sherry sweetness that quickly evolves into a moderate stout beer. Finish continues the stout beer that fades into a mild oak. This is a very unique rum that is enjoyable with 2 clear stages of flavour. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose mild oak with hints of stout beer. Taste is largekt washed out with mild stout beer notes. Finish is very short with no real flavours. This is not a good rum for mixing as you lose all the gentle flavours.”
