"My first clairin and I have to say I'm hooked. I pick up on the more savory notes of olives and tomatos first. This makes way into some of the more grassy and vegetal notes that my limited experience led me to expect from a cane juice spirit. And finally ends with some floral and tropic fruit that I can't quite put a name to. Fantastic and I look forward to trying more clairins. Cheers!"
