How does this rum taste?
Produced in Barbados, Cuate Anejo Gran Reserva is a rum distilled from molasses using a pot still, then bottled by The Liquor Company. This rum presents a notable blend of warm, sweet, and spicy aromas featuring barrel, macaroons, chocolate, and nutmeg. Users describe its palate as rich with caramel, warm sweetness, chocolate, and a hint of fudge. Although perceptions vary, many appreciate its smooth integration of flavors despite its sweetness, highlighting its suitability for cocktails like Cuba Libre. Aged in three different casks for 13 years, the rum offers a mild, yet complex drinking experience, harmonizing well with its well-rounded, oily consistency and mild alcohol presence.

Ganz in Ordnung
An acquaintance pulled a bottle out of the cupboard "I might have a rum you don't know yet" I read Ron and immediately braced myself for the worst. But it seems to be from Barbados. Well ... I don't have to have it neat, but according to the bottle owner it's good in tea. Somewhat strong alcoholic note after a bad column profile. Somewhat sweet with nuts, coconut, caramel, vanilla etc.
Abgang eher kurz. Insgesamt sehr rund und ein schöner Sipper. Kommt anscheinend aus Neukölln der Stoff
