Tried it at Bar Lamp. Nice and smooth, but this is not what I’m looking for in Fiji rums. The 2001 vintage is clearly superior in my opinion.
이상적인 향과 독특한 질감, 원하는 만큼의 도수 임팩트와 오크, 열대과일 노트가 매우 조화롭다. 펑크가 강한 피지 럼으로 알고있었지만, CS임에도 불구하고 마치 잘 블렌딩된 네이비 럼을 마시는 것 같다. ---------------------------------------------- 향 : 바나나, 캬라멜, 코코넛, 배향이 애플톤과 유사하다. 에스테르, 와 너티한 노트의 함량이 적절하다. 맛 : 질감적 특징이 강함. 탄산감, 파우더리(목과 혀에 알알이 맺히는 느낌), 16년 CS를 증명하듯 오크가 매우 강하고, 가죽, 민트류 허브가 주되며 열대과일로 마무리된다. 목넘김 : 고도수치고 부드러운 편이다, 파우더리한 질감이 목넘김에도 이어지는데 사르르 모래진흙이 넘어가는 것처럼 독특하고 흥미롭다.
