Sehr gelungene Abfüllung. Sowohl das Bourbonfass als auch das Barrique Sauternes hinterlassen deutliche Spuren. Ester kommt auf einer Vanilleschote daher und endet in einem angenehm holzigen und erstaunlich trockenem Geschmackserlebnis. Der Geruch entfaltet sich nach einiger Zeit im Glas immer weiter hin zu einem erlesenen Bourbonduft. Die fast 66% sind gut eingebunden und brennen absolut nicht. Die Jungs von der Society habens echt drauf.
