Nez complexe, puissant avec un léger vernis à ongle. En bouche, long et aérien et une légère salinité. Très long
Comme tout breuvage à plus de 50° attention à laisser respirer votre verre... Je m'attendais à 6n Jamaïcain pur jus... Qu'elle erreur... Les marqueurs sont là mais ils sont cachés par une présence florale boisé de belle facture et avec une pointe de fumé de bon aloi... On peut rester des heures à sentir ce nectar. La bouche est puissante, poivré et florale avec une présence des esters... La fin longue et là... On retrouve la Jamaïque, ester, herbes et petite astringence... Quel plaisir...
Un rhum de l’embouteilleur suisse Origin R. Un nez de pâtisseries, massepain et pain d’épices. Très jamaïcain et pourtant légèrement atypique. Une bouche où le bois est très présent mais pas trop car il laisse la place aux fruits. Une finale qui laisse transparaître l’alcool, mais aussi un côté floral et végétal. Un beau rhum de Clarendon.
Stimmige Gesamtkombo. Wesentlich milder als der Guildive. Ähnliche Geschmacksmarker. Käse aber milder, tropische Früchte, Plantains, Zimt, Kardamon, pflanzlich/gemüsig, leicht Milchprodukte. Aber auch schärfe und seifig, was das Bild trübt.
