“Ein Rum aus Thailand/Koh Samui. Dieser Rum ist etwas für Kenner, fügt man jedoch den Sirup der gleichen Marke hinzu, dann ist dieser Rum gut zugänglich. Dieser Zuckerrohrsirup ist nicht nur süß, sondern auch mit etwas Frucht zubereitet. Diese Kombination mit dem Rum passt sehr gut zusammen. Die Nase ist komplex. Der Geschmack besticht durch tropische Früchte, Ester, Schärfe und ist etwas bitter. Der Abgang ist fruchtig, bitter und alkoholisch. Ich favorisiere diesen Rum mit dem Sirup. 6 cl Rum mit 2 1/2 Teelöffel Sirup und etwas Limette 🥃.”
