The "Wild Series Rum Uitvlugt No. 31 MPM" was produced in Guyana at the Uitvlugt distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Romdeluxe. It was distilled in 1989 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 32 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 63,4% and the mark is MPM. This is a limited release and there are only 211 bottles. 11 community members rated this rum with an average of 9.0/10. The rum smells like Woody, Dried fruit and Caramel, and on the palate there is Dried fruit, Licorice and Woody.

#4028 Now we're getting somewhere. Once rested this is a very nice rum. Medium fruity with very nice spices and roasted wood. An intense profile from pouring to finish. Nice profile. Draws nice curtains though not as heavy ones as the lighter brother.
