“Tyhle překouřený věci obvykle nebývají můj šálek kávy, ale vždy jim dám šanci. Pojďme na to, ve vůni zcela jasně dominantní kouř, dřevo a rašelina. Ve vůni náznak sladkosti, který mi nepřijde uplně přirozený a pak už jen udírka se vším, co k ní patří.”

“I love Islay whisky so I had to try this rum finished in Islay casks. I was hoping that the combination works similarly well as Islay whisky and sherry cask maturation. But it did not work out for this rum. The cask influence is way too much so there is no balance. Less time in the Islay cask would have helped a lot. Despite giving it time and water I wasn’t able to find rum notes. Nevertheless quite interesting and I really liked the earthy notes.”
