To Domaine de Courcelles
Though this is a good rum I still prefer the cask strength version. The flavour profile is slightly different from its brother, but lacking some good legs to stand on. Fruity, herbal and spices are pretty well balanced with some mocha and chocolate. Again pretty good but it shouldn't have been watered down.
Un po’ deluso considerando le aspettative che avevo.. La riduzione così bassa di grado lo appiattisce molto il gusto del rum!
