Nez très surprenant tellement c est fruité et gourmand, rod , un léger petit côté terreux végétal sucré comme la betterave. En bouche, l entrée est agréable avec un huileux qui tapisserie bien le palais, suit un ADN plus agricole avec du poivre noir , citron jaune, du minéral bien maîtrisé, de la canne. J ai trouvé la finale sur un ton végétal poivron , zeste citron jaune et sensation métallique.
