The Demerara was produced in Guyana at the Port Mourant distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Holmes Cay. It was distilled in 2010 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 11 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 60,4%.
