“Sehr guter runder Long Pond. Mir gefällt die hohe Intensität bei gleichzeitiger Ausgewogenheit. Zu den großen Long Pond Vertretern von Velier fehlt aber noch ein gutes Stück. Wenn man den Preis mit in den Blick nimmt, fällt für mich die Entscheidung ganz klar für die Velier Abfüllungen aus.”

“27.08.2022 German Rum Festival Oh dear, I totally forgot to add this one, maybe because of the price tag it had. A pretty good rum but the price tag is really out of bounds compare to other similar bottlings. But of course "Rare Cask" adds to the value 😊 Notes. Ester, polish and overripe fruit on the nose. Palate is oily and fresh with lots of fruit and wood. Finish is medium to long with, fruit, ester and wood with a light smoky note.”
