How does this rum taste?
The Rare Cask VRW presents a punch of genuine Jamaican funk, complemented by complex fruitiness on a wooden platter. Despite its high ABV, its alcohol is seamlessly integrated. However, its elevated price point is considered excessive, even for its distinctive quality.

“Very good, complex Long Pond! The price is of course rather absurd...”

“Needs very long time to open up. Nevertheless, alcohol remains rather dominat on the nose. Very nice on the palate. Intense yet complex and very elegant. Verdict: nose somewhat disappointing. Palate very good, (European) price absolutely insane -> don’t buy this 🙃”
