“The nose is heady and assertive with solvents, cherries, strawberries, maracuja, melon, citrus, fermented and a little roasted, a true Grand Arome. The palate is rich with seasoned/fermented, overripe and unripe tropical fruit(melon/papaya/strawberry/pineapple/citrus), vegetables, legumes, pickled olives and umami/roasted on the finish with a sweet and very slight menthol note in the background. A really intense bold and structured taste with an excellent abv and good persistence. I was pleasantly surprised by the only distillery making Molasses Rum in Martinique. In the empty glass fermented/seasoned mixed fruit”

“Unusual smell and taste, a lot of hospital sensations, I certainly wouldn't consume the whole bottle.”
