“Dégustation au rhum fest donc incomplète... Nez très frais sur la réglisse et l'eucalyptus, en bouche on a les mêmes matqueurs rejoins par une canne bien sucrée. Une belle longueur.”

“Al naso gomma e colla che poi si sposta su vegetali (eucalipto, menta, anice), agrumi e metallico con qualche spezia finale. Al palato è fresco, quasi balsamico con menta, eucalipto, anice e finocchio, poi subetrano un po' di frutti secchi, liquirizia e pepe bianco. Nel bicchiere vuoto floreale. Particolare, ma non è il profilo che mi piace bere in un rum agricolo. Probabilmente funziona bene in un Mojito”
