To Manutea
"On the nose rubber and glue that then shifts to vegetal (eucalyptus, mint, anise), citrus and metallic with some final spice. The palate is fresh, almost balsamic with mint, eucalyptus, anise and fennel, then subtrates some dried fruits, licorice and white pepper. In the empty floral glass. Peculiar, but not the profile I like to drink in an agricultural rum. Probably works well in a Mojito"
