“Kenne die Chemie deines Hampden-Rums! Das 8-Marks-Set ist sehr informativ und lehrreich. Das C<>H Mark besteht hauptsächlich aus Butyrate- und Capr-Estern, also volle Ladung saure Früchte, rote Beeren, Kokos und kandierte Früchte. Auch etwas buttriges oder sahniges findet sich an der Nase. Im Mund süß und kandierte Früchte, wobei ein stets überreifes, vergorenes und buttriges Aroma zurückbleibt.”
