“Le premier de la série des 8 marks et regoûté un an après avec une meilleure note. La dégustation est très proche de celle de l’année passée. Un nez très crayeux en premier puis des fruits, beaucoup de fruits, de la banane, de la figue de barbarie. Une bouche racée, équilibrée avec de l’alcool de framboise très net. Une finale pointue mais longue. Le verre vide apporte comme une sucrosité en plus des fruits. Un rhum très aromatique et à coup sûr intéressant. Ça commence très bien.”
