It was distilled in 2020 from Sugar cane juice with a Pot Still and then aged for Unaged. "Wow, very different. Not sure entirely how I feel about it. The small nose is vegetal, verging on rotten. The taste follows the nose but brings sweetness and maybe some dried fruit flavours. One to revisit."
