La Route des Rhums Adventskalender 2022 Nr. 6. Diesmal ein La Favorite. Echt ein gutes Teil für einen ABV von 43%. Nase überwiegend holzig, leichte Sessel in Form von Schokolade erkennbar. AmnGaumen dann ebenfalls, kommt noch eine leicht ledrige Note hinzu.
Fût de cognac n19, limité. Excellent et profond. Sur le cuir, le bois, le fuit très confit. L'une des meilleurs de ma collection, malheureusement introuvable. Édit. J'y reviens après plusieurs années et des centaines d'autres dégustations. Il reste dans mon préféré j'en ai bien l'impression. Robe acajou magnifique, nez très fruité, poire confite. Bouche extrêmement gourmande et douce dans les mêmes tons, avec du vieux bois et cuir gourmands, une grosse profondeur empyreumatique. Une bonne longueur où apparaît pour la première fois l'alcool, cuir et bois "confits". La bouteille, déjà transférée dans petit flacon, touche à sa fin, dans les 10cl. Les adieux vont être rudes ....
