To Poisson
"Nose: Sweet, chewy honey; floral, grass, sugar cane Palate: like the nose, still some lime, almost like a Ti Punch, not insanely complex but good, alcohol pleasant despite almost 60%"
"Very nice discovery, I had few expectations and I'm very pleasantly surprised. Enticing nose, even if not very enveloping. Very fresh with citrus notes, almost lemon-yuzu. Quite a strong attack, the alcohol is very present, I find that it gives it pep, always on a background of acidity. A little spice on a background of pepper. Short finish, a bit of a shame, but a great experience nonetheless."
"Tres gourmand with citrus fruit, lemon and tangerine, a lovely freshness of cane and a nice roundness."
