"Jobannes Blind-Tasting Rum Nr. 2 : Der sagt mir überhaupt nicht zu. Hier ist ein Aroma was ich als harzig-sauer-fruchtig und künstlich bezeichne. Das begleitet einen von der Nase, Gaumen bis zum Abgang. So richtig kann ich den Rum nicht zuordnen. Ich tippe mal auf einen Clairin. Edit: da habe ich ja voll daneben gelegen"

"Vielen Johannes für diese Blind Tasting. #No2 Diese Süßlich weiche Nase erinnert mich etwas an "Courcelles" Vanille, Veilchen Kandierte Früchte ... geil !! Am Gaumen fällt er dann deutlich etwas ab ... ähnlich der Nase nur etwas Flach hier fehlt der ABV ganz deutlich... würde auf max. 45% und 4-6y tippen."

"Blind mit viel Nähe zu Savanna Grand Arômes, was aber natürlich auch bestens zum Le Galion Profil passt. Hier funktioniert auch die Reduktion, kommt für mich zwar nicht ganz an den schier unglaublichen Preisleistungskracher RX6593, trotzdem ein prima Release. Bleibt nur zu rätseln „Was wäre wenn…“ hier noch etwas mehr Prozente beibehalten worden wären…? Wir dürfen in Fantasien schwelgen."

"Blind Tasting #2: first sensation: citrus fruits/marmelade. With some time to breath I also get roasted bell peppers. Interesting. On the palate: honey and woodiness. Some grapes akin to a sweeter white wine. Cheers, Johannes for the set - was a blast to taste."
