How does this rum taste?
The Rare Single Cask Rum from Martinique's Le Galion distillery, selected by Alambic, showcases a distinctive profile with notable user comments. Distilled in 2002 from sugar cane juice and aged for five years, this 45% ABV rum emanates fermented and fruity aromas, with hints of honey and vegetal notes. On the palate, it reveals fruity and young wood flavors, alongside a light body. Users describe its texture as thin, with occasional synthetic undertones, diverging greatly in opinion on its overall appeal. While some appreciate its complexity and typicity, others feel it lacks depth and intensity, suggesting fuller potential at a higher proof.

Netter, unkompliziert trinkbarer Galion.
Really unsure if I like this one. Menthol and alcohol. Bitter and weird. There is not much happening in the middle. Some yellow fruit in the end. I mean it is not horrible but I don't know if I like it...
