This Rum is too young for it's own good. On top of that it had this acidic quality that a lot of not well-balanced fermentation yeasts produces. They clearly are good technical. But still they fail to produce something enjoyable here.
Auch dieser Rum hat eine gewisse Süsse, Honig in der Nase und Karamell im Gaumen. Aber auch hier ist der Alkohol nicht wirklich gut eingebunden. Ausserdem hat dieser Rum irgendwie einen sehr alkoholischen Geschmack im Abgang. Nicht so meins.
In der Nase leichte Lösungsmittel, Holz und etwas Vanille im Hintergrund. Im Mund dominiert das Holz, dann kommt die Vanille aus der Nase stärker durch und bleibt mit schwachem Tabac im kurzen Abgang.
