To Depaz
"The nose promises a lot. On the palate, it is a little too woody for me. However, the dilution does not harm it."
"This Single Cask really needs some time in the glass. The nose is rich with cherry, floral notes, and woodiness that borders on bourbon-like, alongside hints of fruitcake. As it opens up, darker tones of tobacco and cocoa appear, with a subtle burnt rice pudding quality. The palate offers sweet stone fruit, citrus, and red currants. The finish brings anise, dried apricot, Dutch waffles, and forest honey. This rum is one to savor slowly as it reveals its full complexity over time."
"25.9.2024 online tasting DEPAZ from French oak 690 bottles delicate nose, almost not at all citi the taste is also subtle, but after swallowing it has a very pleasant bite on the tip of the tongue hints of nuts, vanilla, wood makes you sip again and again and wonder what all is there to smell ;-)"
