#5237 15.04.2025 running some samples at home while listening to some new Trance tracks. Nose Light, light fruity, faint caramel, faint sake, faint citrus. Palate Light, light oily, fruits, light sake, light citrus, light brown sugar. Finish Short, light fruit, faint sake, light berries. Empty glass Brown sugar, light sake, light vegetal. This is a rum that is most commenly used for cooking and baking in Japan. Very popular for soaking fruits in and then use those fruits for baking. My wife loves soaking raisins in it for her chocolate cakes. Very lucky that I started with this one, the nose of the glasses made me chose this as the first one 🤣
