“Extrem intensiver clarendon und einer der meines Wissens ersten tropisch gereiften 2007er. Mir persönlich ist er definitiv zu frisch, holzig und bitter aber da wird es sicherlich Fans für geben! Alkohol ist perfekt integriert und vor allem hat er die Käse Note vom schwesterfass in Fassstärke vom cave guildive nicht... Dafür aber Lederpolitur hoch 10! Schmeckt extrem intensiv nach Menthol, fast schon als würde man spearmints durch die Nase ziehen und dazu etwas Holz Politur trinken🤣 schöne leichte tropische Fruchtnoten dazu und im schier endlosen Abgang sehr frisch, bitter und würzig.”

“Würziger Clarendon. Nase ist hier noch deutlich besser als der Geschmack. Nase schön Fruchtig und etwas Floral... wenig Holz . Im Mund sehr unausgereift und Alkoholisch . Ganz ok aber nichts was ich Persönlich bräuchte.”
