It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 15 years. The rum has an ABV of 61%. This is a limited release and there are only 261 bottles.

“Zunächst etwas scharfkantig an der Nase, was sich aber schnell legt. Dann Karamell, Kokosnuss, Milchschokolade, Trockenfrüchte. Am Gaumen Toffee und röstige Noten, die in Kaffee und Fass übergehen. Schönes ‚klassisches‘ FS-Profil. Besten Dank dafür nach Wien.”

“#4288 07.10.2023 this was a 7 hour long event with 3 friends and it was a nice day. A really nice rum once rested for 15 minutes. Well rounded overall. Fruity with spice and roasted wood. The palate is oily and fresh with fruits and spices. The finish I'd medium to long and fruity. I picked up some chocolate in the empty glass.”

“In my opinion a beautiful Foursquare. Beautiful notes of caramel, milk chocolate and coconut on the nose. Dried fruit, caramel, vanilla and wood on the palate. Alcohol well integrated, wouldn't have guessed it at 61%. Thanks to Vienna.”
