It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 15 years. The rum has an ABV of 61%. This is a limited release and there are only 261 bottles.

“Zunächst etwas scharfkantig an der Nase, was sich aber schnell legt. Dann Karamell, Kokosnuss, Milchschokolade, Trockenfrüchte. Am Gaumen Toffee und röstige Noten, die in Kaffee und Fass übergehen. Schönes ‚klassisches‘ FS-Profil. Besten Dank dafür nach Wien.”

“In my opinion a beautiful Foursquare. Beautiful notes of caramel, milk chocolate and coconut on the nose. Dried fruit, caramel, vanilla and wood on the palate. Alcohol well integrated, wouldn't have guessed it at 61%. Thanks to Vienna.”

“Erst einmal einen herzlichen Dank nach Wien für das Sample. Bin ein wenig hin und her gerissen, da er anfangs schon sehr scharfkantig ist. Die typischen Foursquare Marker sind sehr klar erkennbar. Nach längerer Zeit im Glas entwickelt er sich zu einer soliden Foursquare Abfüllung und wird Zahnersatz. Nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht wirklich ü erzeugend für mich. Als Mixer eher geeignet.”
