“Überraschend stimmiger single cask aus guyana mit viel Kokos Creme brulee und leichtem Wein Einschlag. Insgesamt hintenraus mir etwas zu weinig und säuerlich, was bei 4 Jahren im Rieslin Fass aber auch Sinn macht. Würde blind auch nicht auf Guyana tippen unbedingt und eher Richtung Barbados Tippen.”

“Dieser Rum hat ein Riesling-Finish erhalten und bekommt einen ziemlich würzigen Charakter dadurch. Ich stufe ihn als experimentellen Rum ein, der ein mittelgutes Ergebnis darstellt (im Vergleich zum Merlot-Finish). Im Mund ist er zu unausgewogen, trocken und bitter. Insgesamt bin ich ein großer Fan von dieser Methode von Ramero, bei der Guyana-Rum in Whisky- und deutschen Weinfässern gelagert wird. Ich bin sehr gespannt, was da noch kommt.”
