“Very restrained nose, more like tea than rum. The taste is very noble for it, creamy silky with a hint of mint and citrus fruits which also remain in the finish. Brings in the Ti-Punch compared to the "standard" HSE 55% once again a nice own note of rum.”

“Un rhum blanc typique, très végétal, sur la canne fraîche et les agrumes. Une tou je herbacée pas désagréable. Impression confirmée en bouche avec l'apparition d'une légère touche d'anis. Sans grande surprise mais agréable.”

“Un rhum agricole blanc parcellaire très parfumé, savoureux et attrayant. On ressent la canne à sucre, accompagnée de notes florales et herbacées, l’exotisme des fruits et des agrumes (citron vert) et les épices qui relèvent juste ce qu’il faut au nez pour offrir un rhum structuré et aromatique. L’attaque en bouche est intense, avec un fort caractère. Des notes de thé, de fleurs et de menthol se joignent au citron vert et aux épices (anis) pour un bouquet expressif, parfumé et très rond. Un rhum concentré, un peu gras, mais très plaisant. La finale est de bonne longueur, toujours aussi fraîche, végétale et mentholée, accompagnée par l’acidité des agrumes. L’alcool ne présente pas la moindre agressivité. Une franche réussite pour HSE avec ce deuxième batch parcellaire.”
