“Vertical PM tasting: 89 / 95 /97 / 97 (cognac finish) / 02 / 05 / 13 Nose: despite being the youngest in the batch, the nose is pretty well balanced. Classic PM notes with some salt and some sweetness. Palate: also pleasantly surprise. Very round and approachable. The PM profile remains somewhat challenging but in comparison to other young(er) continental PMs this is well balanced with very good alcohol integration. On the other hand it is very straight forward lacking complexity. Not bad at all if you enjoy the PM profile, however.”
