"Le rhum que j'ai goûté qui a le souffre le plus présent de tous les rhums que j'ai pu gouter. Il me rappelles le pétards pirate que j'amlumais quand j'étais petit. J'ai la fruits rouges (cerise) en bouche aprÚs ouverture"

"Un rhum assez dĂ©stabilisant Ă l'ouverture. L'alcool au nez est trĂšs agressif, masquant les arĂŽmes orientĂ©s sur le noyau de cerise , ce qui est logique mais avec une complexitĂ© masquĂ©e par cet excĂšs. Bref, pas trĂšs subtil. En bouche, l'attaque est de nouveau alcoolique, pas intĂ©grĂ© Ăa fĂąche quand on sait d'oĂč ça vient! On retrouve ensuite la dominance exagĂ©rĂ©e du sherry qui fait perdre un peu tout le reste. Le finish est assez moyen. Sans modification gustative. Bref, j'ai sucĂ© un noyau trempĂ© dans de la gnole... Je vais attendre quelques jours et peut ĂȘtre, choses trĂšs rare, le rĂ©duire façon whisky pour essayer de le laisser s'ouvrir, ça ne peut pas en rester lĂ ."
