"Un Diamond solide distillĂ© dans lâalambic Versailles. Le nez se veut plutĂŽt gourmand et accessible, avec des pruneaux, de la rĂ©glisse, de la cannelle, du cafĂ©, un boisĂ© Ă©lĂ©gant et des fruits exotiques. On a un profil sombre, lĂ©gĂšrement sucrĂ© et chocolatĂ© et rempli de douceur. Lâattaque en bouche rappelle davantage le profil de Versailles et ses notes herbeuses, le thym, le thĂ©, la rĂ©glisse, le cafĂ© et les notes sombres, Ă©picĂ©es et boisĂ©es. On a un rhum plus sec mais relativement lĂ©ger et dĂ©licat pour son taux dâalcool. La finale est plus florale et rappelle la fraĂźcheur de lâeucalyptus et les herbes aromatiques. On retrouve Ă©galement les Ă©pices, les fruits secs et le sucre Demerara qui forment un profil rond et trĂšs doux. Completely similar to REV 16ans from the same bottler (although you'd have to compare them at the same time to be more accurate).
