“It is an interesting rum. Surprisingly refined for one year of continental aging. Some esters and tropical fruit on the nose, esters and bicycle tyres. The mouth is similar, with the same rubber and ester heavy notes, the impact of the sherry making itself known here. Finish is short with more sugar and tropical fruit. A solid young rum”
