"Un rhum dégusté au Rhum Fest en 2024. Un beau nez avec tout ce qui fait le charme des agricoles, herbacé, citron vert et fraßcheur. La bouche est un peu moins bien et la finale est bien courte. Un rhum qui promettait plus au nez, mais malgré tout trÚs bien fait."
"La forme plus intense du Braud & Quennesson classique. Les arĂŽmes floraux, dâherbes et de canne Ă sucre dominent au nez, accompagnĂ©s dâagrumes (citron vert notamment) et de notes poivrĂ©es. On perd lâonctuositĂ© du premier rhum pour gagner en puissance sur cette seconde cuvĂ©e. Lâattaque en bouche est aussi plus vive, Ă©picĂ©e et moins fruitĂ©e. Le citron vert, le poivre et la canne Ă sucre reviennent pour donner du corps Ă ce profil floral, herbeux et terreux. Lâalcool est plus marquĂ© mais il reste globalement bien intĂ©grĂ©. La longueur en bouche est moyenne, portĂ©e par les saveurs agricoles (vĂ©gĂ©tales, florales), une chaleur Ă©picĂ©e (piment) et une touche fruitĂ©e qui apporte une lĂ©gĂšre gourmandise Ă lâensemble. Un rhum bien plus sec que son prĂ©dĂ©cesseur, mais qui Ă©tanchera la soif des adeptes de rhum blanc sans problĂšme."
"Am Gaumen ist er sehr geschmeidig und kraftvoll zugleich, da sich der Rhum sehr öligen Textur ĂŒber den Gaumen legt. Pflanzliche Noten von Zuckerrohr sind sehr gut balanciert mit fruchtigeren, wĂŒrzigeren und sogar ein paar bitteren Noten. Der Abgang ist weich und rund, mit einem Hauch WĂŒrze und ganz dezent metallischen Aromen. Zum Schluss verbleibt etwas SĂŒĂe auf der Zunge."
