“Un rhum du Costa Rica dans le pur style hispanique. Le nez est très doux, presque effacé sous une influence caramélisée, vanillée, boisée et rôtie. Quelques fruits secs et confits sortent du lot sans pour autant à réussir à prendre de la place dans les narines. L’attaque en bouche est légère et sucrée. Sous la texture sirupeuse se dissimule des notes de café, de chocolat, de noix et de vanille qui se posent sur un boisé qui tire sur les notes rôties. C’est léger, doux et linéaire. La finale revient sur les notes torréfiées du café, des noix du chocolat, le caramel et le boisé vanillé. Les saveurs ne durent qu’un bref instant sur ce profil léger. Un rhum simple, basique, bon dans son registre mais sans être extraordinaire non plus.”

“Nase Fruchtig, Caramell, etwas Holz. Rund und weich im Mund, moderate Süße, Rosinen, Caramell leichtes Holz was im Abgang nachklingt.”
