“Second tasting: great 95 EMB, unfortunately I lack a comparison. The alcohol on the palate is noticeable.I like these old complex and layered rums, rating unchanged. Completely different color than the 2 years younger Jamaica Edition No. 13 from 1997.Nose: fleshy, fruity, a little reminiscent of a heavy Long Pond, no alcoholic sharpness and tropical fruits (banana)Palate: oily and heavy, now the alcohol is very noticeable along with a lot of spice and even more wood.Finish: long, dry and spicy, slightly salty with licorice and also mint!Great, heavy rum with very interesting nose, the rest is very dominated by the wood, but I do not find it unpleasant.”

“Very tasty rum. Top from nose to finish. I like the lychee that comes through slowly on the palate. Very rich and great rum. wood is really still within the framework and alcohol very well integrated. In direct comparison with Rum Club and Tara clearly the most fruity”
