Yesterday we had a nice relaxing evening and despite the bad weatherboutside, we had great weather inside. Very nice Bielle from Excellence Rhum. The nose is fruity with nice spices from the start and then grass, chocolate and rubber. There is a very faint floral note in there as well. The palate is complex and very well balanced. The ABV is masterfully integrated and you barely feel it. Fruit and spices hit first the wood, honey and chocolate and very light rubber. The finish is medium long and woody with pineapple and grass as well as a hint of rubber.
