"Retasting this rum 😊 This rum can actually be used as a sipper but I think most will use it in mixers. It will probably be used by most for a drink or punch. But it's also a really good sipping rum. Price to quality is very good."
"Not too bad for sipping if you are into that but Excellent for cocktails"
"Lots of people seem to like this but my immediate reaction was it tasted like “cheap alcohol”. Much more edge than most rums I enjoy. But then I realized maybe it’s not a style I’m used to so I kept tasting. I started to recognize its flavor as musty and woody, which may be a taste I could acquire with more tastings. I think “musty old house” when I think of this rum. I get no funk or fruit, which I normally associate with round banana notes."
"Rum is fun because of all the differences you find. This rum has earthy, grassy aromas with hints of spice and vanilla. Flavor is very similar with earthy and vanilla and a hint of spice"
