“I’m a big fan of Montebello and I recently bought the 2022 edition of the 3, 6 and 8yo version. The 6 yo can be found as vintage 1999, 2003, 2007, 2009, 2015 and 2016. It seems like there will be new editions every year now. I don’t now if they differ very much. I’ve tasted the 2003 before, but it’s some years ago. On the older ones the vintage year is written on the backside label, but on the two latest they instead has written the bottling year on the front label. The one I review here is vintage 2016 (Edition 2022). Overall a very complex, balanced and elegant rum.”

“Very high quality for a good affordable price. Just a bit smoother than the 3 year old”
