“Assemblage 1/3 bielle blanc, 2/3 Foursquare de 3 ans. Le blend est vieillit 1 an dans 7 petits fûts de bois différents (acacia, acajou, minuzara, amburana, chênes français, américain et noir). Embouteillé a 49%. Il en résulte un rhum forcément complexe, et pourtant équilibré. Étonnamment, on sent davantage le bielle que le Foursquare. Au nez, on sent en premier le bois, une fois oxydé, viennent la fraîcheur et les fruits. En bouche, c'est l'inverse : les fruits en premier puis les arômes du bois poursuivent jusqu'à la finale plutôt moyenne. Pour le prix, c'est du beau travail !”

“Un rhum fermé en nez et en bouche. Cette mélasse est peu expressive, porté sur la noix de coco. La finale est moyenne grâce à l’alcool mais la fin de bouche n’est pas agréable.”
